SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Following the Board of Supervisors Workshop on January 14, 2025, the Board is bringing forward the Mendocino County Code of Conduct and Ethics for formal adoption. This document establishes a framework for ethical governance, emphasizing accountability, transparency, and integrity in County operations.
Adopting the Code of Conduct and Ethics reaffirms the Board's commitment to upholding the highest standards of public service. It is recommended that the Board review the final version and take action to formally adopt it.
