Ratify submission of Mendocino County's application for the COVID-19 Emergency Response Grant Program administered by the County Medical Services Program; ratify the execution of the resulting retroactive revenue Agreement in the amount of $241,793, effective June 15, 2020 through December 14, 2021; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
As outlined on the County Medical Services Program's (CMSP) website, CMSP provides health coverage for uninsured low-income indigent adults who are not otherwise eligible for other publicly funded health care programs. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, CMSP's Governing Board released a Request for Application for the COVID-19 Emergency Response Grant (CERG) Program to provide funding to expand the delivery of services that support local preparedness, containment, recovery, and response activities in CMSP counties affected by COVID-19.
