January 25, 2022, Item 7(a), closed session, the Board of Supervisors appointed Darcie Antle Interim Chief Executive Officer starting March 20, 2022, for up to 12 months.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
This item proposes and recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the Employment Agreement between the County of Mendocino and Darcie Antle for the term of March 20, 2022 through March 19, 2023.
Ms. Antle was initially hired by Mendocino County in 2017 as the Disaster Finance Director. In 2018, Ms. Antle was promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer/Budget Officer, then in 2021 she was promoted to Assistant Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Antle was instrumental in budget development for the organization including; establishment of policies, recommending budgets, and establishing control.
