Approve Agreement to transfer ownership of County property located at 46980 Ocean View Avenue (APN 144-034-24) to the South Coast Fire Protection District (SCFPD) for $1.00 (one dollar); and authorization for the Purchasing Agent or designee to take all actions related to the sale of this real property including execution of agreements, amendments, or other documents; and authorize Chair to sign same (Gualala Area).

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On December 16, 2025 the Board adopted Resolution No. 25-203 declaring this real property to be exempt surplus land.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The County owns approximately 0.55 acres of land upon which the South Coast Fire Protection District has operated its Anchor Bay Firehouse. Known as Station 752, this building of approximately 1,486 square feet has been used for over 40 years. To reduce the physical footprint of real estate owned, the Board of Supervisors has identified this property as excess to County operational needs and declared it to be exempt surplus based on the SCFPD's desires to own this property for their continued use.
