Approve the first amendment to BOS Agreement 22-097 with West Business Development Center to extend the termination date to December 31, 2023 for them to continue to serve as economic development coordinator; and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On October 19, 2021, the Board of Supervisors was presented with a proposal by West Business Development Center to implement an economic development program. The Board directed the Executive Office to prepare a 1-year contract in the amount of $175,000 with West Business Development Center to implement the program and make West Business Development Center Mendocino County's Economic Development Liaison. On May 3, 2022, the Board of Supervisors approved BOS Agreement 22-097 in the amount of $175,000 for West Business Development Center to serve as the economic development coordinator for Mendocino County with a termination date of June 30, 2023.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
