Ratify submission of three grant applications to the California Department of Health Care Services for the California Providing Access and Transforming Health Justice-Involved Planning and Capacity Building Program, and accept awards in the amount of $2,000,000 for the Mendocino County Jail, $1,500,000 for the Mendocino County Juvenile Hall, and $990,375 for Mendocino County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services, effective April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2026; authorize Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amounts; and authorize Chair to sign same.

On January 26, 2023, the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) received federal approval under its California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) 1115 Demonstration for Providing Access and Transferring Health (PATH) capacity building funds to support the Justice Involved Reentry Initiative.
