The current Encoder used for livestreaming of the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors meetings is out of warranty and has been malfunctioning frequently over the course of the last three months, resulting in an inability for Clerk of the Board staff to launch the Granicus Stream, Live Captioning, and Live Manager Clerking software.
