Approve Agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. in the amount of $361,403.89 covering a five-year period for the purchase and implementation of taser devices, associated training, and licensing for Sheriff's Office patrol staff effective January 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029; authorize the Sheriff to sign future amendments that do not affect the maximum Agreement total; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Sheriff's Office is requesting approval to enter into a new agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. to purchase and implement taser devices, associated training, and licensing for patrol staff effective January 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029. The new tasers will replace current aging devices with upgraded equipment and are essential for maintaining the safety and effectiveness of law enforcement operations.
