PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On March 28, 2023, the Board approved the First Amendment to BOS Agreement No. 23-042 increasing the total amount by $200,000 for a new total of $400,000.
On March 12, 2024, the Board approved the Second Amendment to BOS Agreement No. 23-042 increasing the total amount by $300,000 for a new total of $700,000 and extended the termination date through December 31, 2024.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
County Counsel is requesting the Board approve the agreement with Kronick, Moskovitz, Tiedmann & Girard in the amount of $700,000 for a new total of $1,400,000. This agreement will provide legal services for the litigation matter of Paul Carty Soriano v. County of Mendocino, Case No. 22CV0044.
