Approve Agreement (first amendment to Agreement No. MH-24-003) with Mendocino Coast Hospitality Center, in the amount of $38,220.50 for a new total of $56,806.50, to provide services to severely mentally disabled clients per the Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness grant, effective July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025; authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Mendocino Coast Hospitality Center (MCHC) is a unique provider of services on the Mendocino County Coast for severely mentally disabled clients experiencing homelessness, who are residents of the Homeless Shelter and Transitional Housing Apartments. On July 1, 2024, the County of Mendocino Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Department executed Agreement No. MH-24-003 with MCHC for services to severely mentally disabled clients per the Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) grant.
