Grand Jury compensation was previously set by Chapter 2.14 of Title 2 of the Mendocino County Code.
Summary of Request:
This item establishes compensation for Grand Jurors to $25 per meeting, up to a set number of meetings per month. Prior language included in Mendocino County Code established different compensation levels for different meetings of the Grand Jury, with no limit.
