Approve Agreement with Redwood Community Services, Inc. in the amount of $434,350, to provide housing and case management for specialty mental health services, including services required to meet the County's obligation to provide specialty mental health services under the Assisted Outpatient Treatment Demonstration Project Act and the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024; authorize the Behavioral Health Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Redwood Community Services, Inc. (RCS) has been arranging specialty mental health services under the direction and supervision of Redwood Quality Management Company (RQMC) (now Anchor Health Management) on behalf of Mendocino County. The proposed Agreement with RCS will arrange and pay for specialty mental health services, including 24/7 supportive living services, as well as case management to clients 18 years old and above in Mendocino County who are court ordered into Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT), and/or Lanterman-Petris--Short Act...
