SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
JUMP Technology Services, L.L.C. provides LEAPS Software, the Adult Protective Services (APS) case management system used by Department of Social Services, Adult and Aging Services. The proposed three-year Agreement covers costs associated with user licenses, hosting services, software maintenance, product support web-based trainings, and optional database backups. Mendocino County APS keeps all client files online in this cloud-based system which eliminates the need for storage of paper files, increases confidentiality of client information, and enables staff to access documentation when and where necessary. LEAPS also provides the ability to create reports including those necessary to meet State reporting requirements, and those that provide supervisors/managers with information regarding staff performance.
