Harbor Dr, Ft. Bragg APN: 018-150-22; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Wildblue Aquaculture requests the processing of a Consolidated Coastal Development Permit (CDP) to support the cultivation of purple sea urchins in Noyo Harbor for regional distribution and direct-to-consumer sales. The project proposes installation and operation of a land-based tank system within an existing commercial building at 19280 S. Harbor Drive, Fort Bragg (APN: 018-150-22). Project infrastructure is designed to minimize environmental impacts and align with coastal resource protection and restoration goals. The applicant has withdrawn the previously proposed Floating Upweller System (FLUPSY) component. Future phases may allow for expansion into other aquaculture species, such as oysters or abalone.
