A memorandum of understanding between the Superior Court of California, County of Mendocino and the County of Mendocino for collection services was previously approved on August 17, 2010.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
California Penal Code ? 1463.010, subdivision (b) requires courts and counties to maintain a collection program and to develop a cooperative plan to implement the Judicial Counsel guidelines. The proposed MOU sets forth the terms for the collection program operated by the Superior Court of California, County of Mendocino and the County of Mendocino, as required by Section 1463.010.
