RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve second Amendment to BOS Agreement 25-027 (Third Amendment Overall) with Toshiba Business Solutions, for a decrease in the amount by -$39,052, for a new total of $150,948, to provide continued maintenance and services for the County of Mendocino's multifunctional Toshiba copier device fleet, effective July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2026; authorize the Purchasing Agent or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

July 22, 2014: The Board of Supervisors (BOS) approved an Agreement for the acquisition of multifunctional copier devices and maintenance services, from Toshiba Business Solutions (Toshiba), piggybacking off the Los Angeles World Airports' (LAWA) competitively awarded contract.
April 23, 2019, Item 5d): The BOS approved Agreement No. BOS-19-129 for the acquisition of multifunctional copier devices and maintenance services from Toshiba, effective April 25, 2019 through April 24, 2022, with the option to extend through April 24, 2024, piggybacking off the LAWA competitively awarded contract.
