PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On April 19, 2022, the Board directed Department staff to provide a written update during the second Board Meeting of each month. On August 16, 2022, the Board referred the topic of Cannabis to the General Government Committee. On April 17, the General Government Committee received this monthly update and recommended that it be approved by the Board.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Cannabis Department is requesting the Board of Supervisors accept the Activity Report for the month of April, 2023. This report provides data on Department Priorities, Department Activity, Permit Status, Priority Processing, Application Status, Local Equity Entrepreneur Program (LEEP) Grant, Local Jurisdiction Assistance Grant Program (LJAGP), and Department Efficiency Study.
