Approve Agreement with Client First Consulting Group, LLC, DBA ClientFirst Technology Consulting for IT cyber security assessment services, in the amount of $14,600 with a termination date of June 30, 2025; authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount of the agreement; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
In June 2022, ClientFirst Technology Consulting was one of three vendors prequalified through a competitive process for information technology project management and technical assistance services, and one of two vendors selected for on-call services.

This contract will allow ClientFirst, using the Center for Internet Security (CIS) Controls/Cyber Security Assessment, to provide Mendocino County with a baseline for where County security controls should be and also highlight any areas of cybersecurity vulnerability. ClientFirst, will then provide the Executive Office - Information Technology (IT) Division with recommendations and a plan to address these shortcomings. The IT Division is recommending approving this contract.
