Adopt Resolution of the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors sitting as the Mendocino County Air Quality Management District Board approving the redirection of $200,000 of Year 23 (Fiscal Year 2020-2021) Carl Moyer Program grant funds to the Glenn County Air Pollution Control District; authorizing the Air Pollution Control Officer to execute all documents necessary to effectuate said redirection of funds, including an Agreement with the Glenn County Air Pollution Control District to transfer the redirected funds; and authorize Chair to sign same.
