Approve retroactive second amendment to BOS Agreement No. 25-016 (fourth amendment to Agreement No. PA-24-21) with LACO Associates, in the amount of $25,000, for a new Agreement total of $137,000, to provide disaster prevention, recovery, resiliency, and mitigation grant research and grant writing services, effective July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027; authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
