PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
By Resolution Number (No.) 11-170 (December 6, 2011), the Board of Supervisors (BOS) approved Department of Transportation (DOT) Agreement No. 110087 (BOS Agreement No. 11-151), with SWT Engineering, Inc. (SWT), for preparation of construction plans, specifications and estimates for the final closure of South Coast Landfill (SCLF). By Resolution No. 16-055 (May 3, 2016), the BOS approved DOT Agreement No. 160046 (BOS Agreement No. 16-019), with SWT for design modifications and updating of the Final Closure Post Closure Maintenance Plan (FCPCMP) and Report of Waste Discharge (ROWD) for SCLF. By Resolution No. 25-102 (June 3, 2025), the BOS approved DOT Agreement No. 250026 (BOS Agreement No. 25-074) with SWT, in the amount of $66,868, for Construction Engineering Support Services for South Coast Landfill Final Closure.
