Adopt Retroactive Resolution rescinding Resolution No. 18-053, linking County Counsel attorney classification salaries at five percent (5%) differential above the attorney classification represented by the Mendocino County Public Attorneys Association (MCPAA) Bargaining Unit, retroactively operative to June 25, 2024; and authorize Chair to sign the same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
This agenda item was prepared and submitted to the agenda software program with it intending to be included on the June 25, 2024, Board of Supervisors agenda. Unfortunately, a key date was not properly updated in the agenda software program, which resulted in it not being included on the official agenda for June 25, 2024. This item is now being submitted for retroactive approval to June 25, 2024, as part of an administrative correction.
