PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On February 12, 2002, the Board of Supervisors designated the Policy Council on Children and Youth (PCCY)/Child Abuse Prevention Commission (CAPC) as the child abuse prevention coordinating council for all of Mendocino County and designated that CAPC administer the County Children's Trust Fund. Since then, the Board of Supervisors has approved the PCCY/CAPC recommendations for the annual allocation of funds from the County Children's Trust Fund as required pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code Section 18967.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
