Summary of Request:
It is estimated that more than 20 million men, women and children around the world are victims of human trafficking; and Soroptimist International Founder Region and all Soroptimist
in Mendocino County are working to abolish human trafficking through
education, advocacy and collaboration. The Board of Supervisors regularly adopts Proclamations to raise awareness about local issues.

Don’t adopt Proclamation and provide alternate direction.
