SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On March 25, 2025, Mendocino County's Public Health (PH) Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program submitted the fifth amendment to Agreement 22-10260 with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) in the amount of $3,518,452.00 for approval. The Mendocino County Board of Supervisors (BOS) executed this agreement as No. BOS 22-236-A4 to continue supporting essential WIC program services throughout Mendocino County.
