SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Mendocino, Lake, and Sonoma County Libraries have had cooperative agreements to share their collections and library catalog since 1995. Additionally, the Mendocino County Library Bookmobile has been providing services for a fee at Sonoma County's northwest coastal communities of Stewarts Point and Sea Ranch since 1982. This updated services agreement for Sonoma County Library includes costs of the salaries of Bookmobile staff and proportionate amounts of budgeted Bookmobile expenses adding to $11,037.03 this fiscal year. The agreement may be renewed for up to three years, with an annual increase of the billed amount having a cap at three percent each year. The agreement is retroactive due to the time needed for administrative and legal reviews.
