Approve retroactive first amendment to Agreement No. BOS-25-041 with Synergy Disaster Recovery, LLC., in the amount of $60,000 for a new total of $247,708, for services related to updating County of Mendocino’s Operational Area Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan, effective May 20, 2025, through a new end date of December 20, 2026 (original end date: March 1, 2026); authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

strategies to reduce long-term risks from natural hazards and ensures County of Mendocino's continued eligibility for disaster-related funding from Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
