Approve the Board of Supervisors' response to the 2023-2024 Grand Jury Report and disband the Grand Jury Ad Hoc Committee for the Grand Jury report titled "Mendocino County Family and Children's Services 'The Broken Process of Family & Children's Services'"; direct the Clerk of the Board to return original to the County Counsel's Office for submission; and authorize the Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
Grand Jury reports routinely require responses from the Board of Supervisors. Board responses are formally approved prior to the submittal to the presiding Judge of the Superior Court and the Grand Jury. On June 5, 2024, the Board appointed the Ad Hoc Committee of Supervisors Maureen Mulheren and John Haschak to respond to the Grand Jury report titled "Mendocino County Family and Children's Services 'The Broken Process of Family & Children's Services'".
