Rentschler for the position of Executive Director, MCERA, for the term of December 19, 2023 through December 19, 2026, including the following salary increases based on employee's current salary of $173,138.88 (benefits not included): 5% increase effective the first full pay period following ratification of the employment Agreement by the Board of Supervisors, a 3% increase of the then existing salary on December 19, 2024, and a 2% increase of the then existing salary on December 19, 2025.
