Approve Agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. in the amount of $180,900 for ArcGIS Small Government Enterprise Agreement, effective upon full execution through October 31, 2028; authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to execute any and all documents in relation to the transaction; authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) provides the County with a comprehensive suite of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) desktop, server, and cloud software. This suite includes the server software that houses the County's enterprise geodatabases, which store authoritative GIS data used by both County departments and the public. ESRI's tools form the backbone of the County's geospatial capabilities and infrastructure, and are essential for viewing, maintaining, analyzing, and publishing GIS data.
This agreement establishes a Small Government Enterprise Agreement (SGEA) with ESRI, securing continued access to a robust suite of GIS software, services, and support through October 31, 2028. The agreement sets annual licensing costs at $60,300 for the duration of the term.
