Approve Agreement (first amendment to Agreement No. PA-25-16, SS-24-035) with Redwood Community Services, Inc., in the amount of $359,721 for a new total of $392,423, to provide Family Urgent Response System mobile response services to current and former foster youth through age 21 for Department of Social Services, Family and Children's Services, effective July 1, 2024, through a new end date of June 30, 2025 (original end date: July 31, 2024); authorize the Department of Social Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Family Urgent Response System (FURS) is a statewide mandated program, originally enacted through Section 107 of Senate Bill 80 (Statute of 2019) and amended by Assembly Bill 79 (Statute of 2020), to support current and former foster youth through age 21 during periods of instability.
