Approve the License and Operations Agreement with City of Fort Bragg, for the City’s operation and maintenance of the Fort Bragg Veterans Memorial Hall building and grounds at 360 N. Harrison Street (APN 008-183-02), with a three-year term plus an option for three additional one-year terms, and finding, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.6 that the proposed license is in the public interest, and the license will not conflict or interfere with the use of the County property as a veterans memorial building.

Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
In 2023, the Board approved a letter supporting the City of Fort Bragg’s request for grant funds to improve the Veterans Memorial Hall. In 2025, the Board approved a license agreement with the City, allowing inclusion of the Veterans Memorial Hall grounds within the City’s Bainbridge Park Enhancement Project, and allowing the City to maintain those improvements.
