Approve amendment to Performance Agreement No. 22-20114 (BOS Agreement No. 22-259) with the California Department of Health Care Services in the amount of $0, for the County to provide Specialty Mental Health Services, effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027; adopt Resolution authorizing the Health Services Director to sign Performance Agreement No. 22-20114, and any future amendments or renewals associated with the Agreement that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) oversees Mendocino County, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS), Mental Health's (MH) provision of Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) to eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries in Mendocino County. As a result, the Performance Agreement between DHCS and BHRS MH was approved by the County of Mendocino Board of Supervisors on October 18, 2022, and outlines SMHS provided by BHRS MH.
