PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
The Board of Supervisors adopted the FY 2023-24 Mendocino County Budget on June 20, 2023 (Resolution 23-108). On November 7, 2023, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 23-191, amending the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 Budget. On March 12, 2024, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 24-042, amending the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 Budget. On April 9, 2023, and April 23,2023, preliminary fiscal year (FY) 2024-25 Budget Workshops were held.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Budget Workshop is intended to allow time for the board to provide input into the preparation of the upcoming County Budget. The presentation attached to this agenda summary is based on initial departmental submission along with the budget considerations for the Preliminary FY 2024-25 Budget Presentation.
