Adopt Resolution authorizing the Department of Transportation to advertise for bids and award Department of Transportation Contract Number 260020 for removal of existing bridge and/or Contract Number 260021 for construction of the Hill Road Bride Replacement over Mill Creek, County Road 327B, milepost 2.05, at an estimated cost of $7,874,000 (Covelo area); and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
By Resolution Number (No.) 12-054 (March 27, 2012), Board of Supervisors (BOS) authorized Department of Transportation (DOT) to enter into BOS Agreement No. 12-034/DOT Agreement No. 110118 with GHD Inc., for the replacement of the Mill Creek Bridge on Hill Road. By Resolution No. 20-132 (October 6, 2020), the BOS adopted the IS/MND and MMRP in compliance with CEQA. By Resolution No. 23-169 (October 17, 2023), the BOS approved BOS Agreement No. 23-179/DOT Agreement No. 220019 with GHD for professional engineering design services in the amount of $205,851 and authorized contingency amount of $20,858.
