SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The June 2024 invoice was expensed out of the future agreement (BOS-24-136) instead of the correct agreement (BOS-23-134) leaving insufficient funds on contract (BOS 24-136) for payment of April, May, and June 2025 invoices. There is no additional impact on budget authority, as this was budgeted. The error is only impacting the contract authority.
