Approve retroactive second Amendment to Agreement No. BOS-21-180 (third Amendment to Agreement No. PA 21-33) with Granicus LLC., in the amount of $31,297.50 for a new total of $119,047.50 for live closed captioning services during Board of Supervisors meetings, effective August 5, 2020 through a new end date of August 5, 2024 (original end date: August 5, 2023); authorize Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
