SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Jim Ross, from Renne Public Law Group LLP, has been valuable resource for the County during the past six months as Interim County Counsel, bringing with him decades of experience in public agency law. This contract provides the County Counsel's office with continuity for various projects pending as of the expiration of the Interim County Counsel contract and may provide back-up, as needed, at the request of the newly appointed County Counsel, until the position of Assistant County Counsel is filled.
