RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve the Appropriation Request in the amount of $170,000 of one time funds, increasing the total Bower Park Restoration and Improvement Project budget from $2,442,440 to $2,612,440 to fully fund the proposed project improvements; authorize the Purchasing Agent to issue change orders to the contractor to complete the project pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20142; and authorize Chair to sign same.
