On 4/7/26, the Board approved a retroactive revenue agreement that will be used in part to pay for the expense of this lease.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The County's first agreement for use of space at 175 Wabash (Ukiah) was approved July 15, 1997; the current lease will expire July 14, 2026. The continued use of this facility remains necessary to support ongoing investigative operational activities within the Sheriff's Office to fulfill regulatory responsibilities.
