Adopt Resolution of the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors sitting as the Mendocino County Air Quality Management District Board of Directors ratifying the submittal of the Mendocino County Air Quality Management District's application for Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Subvention funds from the California Air Resources Board and authorize the Air Pollution Control Officer to take all other steps necessary to receive said funds; and authorize Chair to sign same.

The Mendocino County Air Quality Management District Board annually authorizes the Mendocino County Air Quality Management District to apply for State Subvention Funds. These Subvention Funds were included as a revenue in the District's FY 2026/27 budget, which was previously approved by the Board
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) provides Subvention Funds to local air quality management districts to support their air quality initiatives. Districts must apply to CARB by October of each year for Subvention Funds.
