Adopt the Resolution approving Department of Transportation Agreement Number 260025 with Mead & Hunt, Inc., in the amount of $3,730,468 for aviation engineering and consulting services for various assignments on projects at Little River and Round Valley Airports, effective upon execution through June 30, 2029, and authorizing the Director of Transportation to sign any and all amendments to the agreement not to exceed $30,000 (County Airports), and authorize Chair to sign same.

Summary of Request:
During the three-year period of Department of Transport (DOT) Agreement No. 260025, projects requiring the development of construction documents and planning documents for airport development projects are expected to arise. Mendocino County DOT does not have staff with specialized abilities to address the specific requirements of aviation projects.
