On November 8, 2022, the Board provided direction to Planning and Building Services staff regarding regulations for Movable Tiny Homes for incorporation into the Inland Zoning Code Update.
Summary of Request:
Presentation by Planning and Building Services on the current regulations surrounding Tiny Homes in Mendocino County and an update on the status of the regulations for Movable Tiny Homes. Direction may be provided to staff on standards for Movable Tiny Homes.
