RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve reallocation of $346,034 of One-Time Pacific Gas and Electric Disaster Settlement Funds (originally allocated as part of the $183,534 for Training and Education, $100,000 for Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic Scholarships for rural fire and emergency medical services, and $62,500 for PulsePoint) to support emergency medical services supplies distribution and implementation and maintenance of a two-way interface from Mendocino Unit Altaris(tm) Computer-Aided Dispatch to Tablet Command; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign the resulting agreements and any amendments that do not increase the maximum amounts.
