Approve agreement with National Training Consultants in the amount of $224,564 to provide facilitation of all court-mandated Family Empowerment Groups in Ukiah, Willits and Fort Bragg and facilitation of Willits Intake Support Group for Health and Human Services Agency, Family and Children's Services, effective July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Assistant Director/Social Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
National Training Consultants (NTC) provides facilitation of Family Empowerment Groups (FEG), a court-ordered group service required for parents who have cases in Mendocino County Juvenile Dependency Court. This renewal Agreement provides staffing for full facilitation of eight FEGs and one Intake Support Group for up to fifty weeks in Ukiah, Willits, and Fort Bragg.
