Approve retroactive service Agreement with Al-Tar Services, Inc. in the amount of $9,981.45, for the servicing and maintenance of Mendocino County Department of Public Health vaccination refrigerators, effective April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2025; authorize the CEO or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
AL-TAR Services, Inc. ("AL-TAR") is an authorized lab equipment repair service representative with locations throughout the United States, headquartered in Austin, Texas. AL-TAR is experienced with meeting Food and Drug Administration regulations for calibration of equipment since 1986. Through the proposed Agreement, AL-TAR will service and maintain Mendocino County Department of Public Health's (MCPH) vaccination refrigerators. Services will include safety inspections, and preventive maintenance consisting of cleaning, calibration and adjustments. In addition, AL-TAR will perform operational, mechanical and electrical inspections, to ensure all equipment recorded on the instrument list performs within manufacturers' specifications consistent with the age of the instrument.
