PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
By Resolution Number (No.) 23-071 (April 11, 2023), the Board of Supervisors approved the list of Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) projects for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24. By Resolution No. 23-108 (June 20, 2023), the Board approved the Mendocino County FY 2023-24 Budget. The narrative on page 56 of the FY 2023-24 Budget affirms the Board's priority to invest in the Mendocino County Department of Transportation's (MCDoT) road corrective maintenance funds to improve road surfaces with seals or asphalt overlays.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Mendocino County FY 2023-24 Budget, in an effort to meet the public transparency requirements of Senate Bill 1 (SB 1), the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017, presented the narrative on page 56 and the list of RMRA projects on page 541.
