RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve retroactive amendment to BOS Agreement No. 24-045, including an assignment and assumption of the Agreement, by and among Ukiah Car Center, LLC and the County of Mendocino assigning Agreement to Jacinto Walters Automotive LLC DBA Jacinto Automotive, in the amount of $150,000 for a new Agreement total of $200,000 for County fleet repair and maintenance services, and extending the termination date from June 30, 2024, to June 30, 2025; and authorize the Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
The Board of Supervisors approved BOS Agreement No. 24-045 with Ukiah Car Center, LLC on April 9, 2024.
SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
This contract will extend maintenance and repair services with Ukiah Car Center, LLC through the end of
Fiscal Year 2024-2025 to support the current garage staffing. Pursuant to the terms of the original
agreement, the agreement may be assigned with County's written prior approval.
ALTERNATIVE ACTION/MOTION:
Do not approve the agreement and provide direction to staff.
