Summary of Request:
Senator McGuire's office has requested that we support SB 69 which is needed to complete the process of shutting down the North Coast Railroad Authority and transitioning its abandoned rail line to the Great Redwood Trail Agency. The Board of Supervisors has two representatives on the NCRA, Supervisors Haschak and Mulheren. SB 69 will be heard by the Senate Transportation Committee on April 13 but communications need to be submitted by March 30.
