Approve retroactive Agreement with Armorous Private Security in the amount of $68,640 to provide Security Guard Services at Mendocino County Department of Social Services office locations in Willits and Fort Bragg, effective October 4, 2025 through April 3, 2026; authorize Social Services Director or designee to sign any amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Mendocino County Department of Social Services, Special Investigations Unit (SIU), issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) No. RFP 009-25 for security guard services on February 21, 2025. SIU selected Armorous Private Security (Armorous) as the top ranked vendor to contract with Social Services for security guard services. The proposed Agreement with Armorous in the amount of $68,640 for six (6) months.
Pursuant to the proposed Agreement, Armorous will continue to provide two (2) uniformed and supervised Security Guards for forty hours per week at each of the following Social Services sites:
* Fort Bragg Avila Center (764/790 South Franklin Street, Fort Bragg)
* Willits Integrated Services Center, (WISC) (472 East Valley Street, Willits)
